ATLANTA and ALEXANDRIA, Ont. — U.S. Lumber Group and Alexandria Moulding have announced that they’ve signed an agreement for U.S. Lumber to acquire Alexandria.
U.S. Lumber is a leading two-step distributor of specialty building products in the Eastern and Midwestern United States. The company anticipates that the addition of Alexandria’s full range of mouldings and accessories will create a company with a broader geographic presence as well as enhanced product and service capabilities.
The transaction is expected to close by early October, subject to customary closing conditions.
