VANCOUVER — CanWel Building Materials Chairman and CEO Amar Doman acquired 20,800 additional shares of the company in a mid-December transaction. The average purchase price was $5.40 per share, for a total of $112,320. Doman now owns 129,035 shares in the company, at an approximate value of $696,789.
