Gillfor acquires N.B. distributor

WOODSTOCK, Ont. — Gillfor Distribution has announced the purchase of Brunswick Valley
Distribution Inc., the Atlantic Canadian distribution arm of Brunswick Valley Lumber Inc. Gillfor is the parent company of OWL Distribution Inc., McIlveen Lumber Industries Ltd. and Brown & Rutherford Co. Brunswick Valley Distribution is headquartered in Fredericton and operates a distribution facility in Moncton. It will continue to serve customers in Atlantic Canada under the Brunswick Valley Distribution name, adding new products in the new year including composite decking, aluminum railing and a variety of specialty softwoods.
