Gypsum Management & Supply this week reported Q2 sales of $1.43 billion, a 24.4 percent increase from the prior year’s quarter. Excluding the impact of an additional selling day, net sales were up 22.5 percent. Earnings of $103.2 million, or $2.41 per diluted share, represented a 38.7% increase from $74.4 million ($1.69). GMS has a growing portfolio of home improvement companies in Canada, including WSB Titan in Woodbridge, Ont., and Rigney Building Supplies in Kingston, Ont.
