The Hardlines weekly newsletter garnered top ranking among readers surveyed North America-wide in the category of “Most likely to be read when there’s nothing else around”, beating out other such noteworthy publications as “Goat Husbandry Weekly”, “IT Spending Guidelines for Canada Border Services Agency Managers Monthly” and “Cat Shaver’s Digest”. The J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Survey was based on the opinions of a sample of consumers from a variety of industries who have used or owned the product or service being rated.
