MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. ― Henkel Corp., Henkel AG’s North American subsidiary, has announced the acquisition of Muncie, Ind.-based Magna-Tech Manufacturing, a specialist in vacuum impregnation services. Magna-Tech will function as a subsidiary of Henkel Corporation, operating as part of its Adhesive Technologies business and complementing its presence in the passenger vehicle market. Magna-Tech Manufacturing has 10 facilities across North America. Financial details about the transaction have not been disclosed.
