Home Depot reported Q3 earnings of US$3.65 billion, or $3.67 per share, down from $3.81 billion ($3.81) a year earlier. Sales rose by 6.6 percent to $40.22 billion, beating Wall Street estimates of $39.31 billion. Same-store sales fell by 1.3 percent, including a 1.2 percent drop in the U.S.
