MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Jennifer Weber has resigned from her position as EVP of human resources at Lowe’s Cos., effective immediately. Weber, who had been in the post since March 2016, received a severance package of more than $2.5 million, to be paid out over 24 months. In September, she sold more than 12,000 shares for a total of $1.42 million. Janice Little, senior VP, talent management and diversity at Lowe’s Cos., will take over the position on a temporary basis.
