STOCKHOLM — Husqvarna reported a Q4 operating loss of 493 million crowns (US$51.2 million), compared to a loss of 1.1 billion crowns a year earlier and falling short of analyst estimates of 349 million crowns. The power tool giant does most of its business in the late first and the second quarter. According to Husqvarna, its U.S. sales were weak as trade partners continued to cut inventories.
