AUSTIN, Texas — Epicor Software Corp. has announced the completion of its acquisition by investment firm KKR, first announced in July. Joe Cowan remains in place as president and CEO, while other members of the executive leadership are taking on expanded roles. Kathy Crusco is adding the position of CEO to her existing responsibilities as CFO and executive vice president. Celia Fleischaker, as chief marketing officer and executive vice president, will be responsible not only for corporate marketing but also field marketing, teleprospecting, and product marketing. Himanshu Palsule, chief product and technology officer and EVP, will expand his role to include leading product management in addition to product development, tools, and technology.
