Malarkey Building Products president Gregory B. Malarkey has issued a statement addressing rumours the company is exploring a potential sale.
“Malarkey Roofing Products is a family business that has been owned and operated privately for more than 65 years,” he wrote. “We are always exploring strategic options as we seek to execute our growth strategy. We remain focused on manufacturing the industry’s most sustainable and reliable roofing products for homeowners in North America.”
