TORONTO — Morris Saffer, Chairman of Saffer Retail, is among this year’s inductees into Canada’s Marketing Hall of Legends (CMHOL). He and his fellow inductees were selected by a committee of their peers within the American Marketing Association’s Toronto chapter “as standout exemplars of the Canadian advertising and marketing industry.” The other inductees are Joe Jackman, Nancy Marcus, Brian Scudamore and Anthony Von Mandl. Saffer founded the first advertising agency specializing in retail clients and he worked with Home Hardware Stores Ltd. for four decades. During that time, he played a key role in making Home Hardware one of the most recognizable brands in the country.
