RED DEER, Alta. ― Peavey Mart is teaming up with STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society) air ambulance service, selling STARS merchandise both online and in-store at all Peavey Mart and MainStreet Hardware stores.
The relationship between the two organizations began earlier this year when Peavey CEO Doug Anderson participated in STARS’ annual Rescue in the Rockies fundraiser. Anderson was one of a handful of senior corporate leaders who were dropped in the wilderness for several days while money was raised to “rescue” them.
