Specialty Products & Insulation (SPI), a global distributor of insulation, has completed the acquisition of Dispro, a distributor and fabricator of thermal and acoustical insulation.
Dispro will continue to operate under its brand name and retain its locations in Montreal, Quebec City, and Ottawa.
