MINNEAPOLIS — Target revealed this weekend that it is rolling out private label brands in apparel and home furnishings. A New Day, Goodfellow & Co., JoyLab, and Project 62, are expected in stores this fall. The new lines will be among 12 private label brands announced by the retailer earlier in the year. A New Day is a women’s wear brand that will take the wearer “from weekend to work to dinner date”, while Goodfellow will offer men’s clothing, accessories, and shoes. JoyLab will complement Target’s existing C9 Champion offerings in athletic wear, and Project 62 is touted as a “modern home brand”, offering a range of decor accessories and smaller furniture pieces, such as trolleys and end tables.
