WRLA offers building science training

WINNIPEG — The Western Retail Lumber Association is holding a Building Science and Energy Efficiency Awareness Course, opening September 14. Designed for anyone in building design, construction and management who wants a better understanding of how buildings work, it will provide a solid grounding in the fundamentals of building science, from air movement and moisture management to energy-efficient windows and doors. It will also include a review of National Building Code requirements for new buildings, additions and major alterations.
