LONGUEUIL, Que. — Door and window manufacturer Groupe Atis has closed the acquisition of dealer Groupe Racine in Saint-Eustache. It’s the company’s twentieth acquisition since its start in 2004. Atis President Robert Doyon told Le Journal de Montréal that he wants to double his business over the next five years. The Racine banner will continue under the new ownership.
