DÜSSELDORF — Henkel announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Cologne-based Sonderhoff Holding, a privately owned firm which manufactures high-impact sealing products for industrial assembly. Sonderhoff’s foam-based sealing offerings are used in a variety of industrial applications, protecting lighting systems, filtration solutions, and appliances against humidity and dust. Sonderhoff specializes in foamed-in-place gasketing and customized dosing equipment.
