BOUCHERVILLE, Que. — The Reno-Depot in Gatineau, Que., is the latest store to move to the banner’s new store model, Lowe’s Canada has announced. The company invested some $3.7 million in the 12-week renovation, which included redesigning all departments and revamping signage for the new-look Reno-Depot. The store includes a 110,000-square-foot sales floor and a 30,000-square-foot garden centre, and offers one of the widest ranges of appliances in the area, according to a company release. All told, more than 4,500 new products have been added across categories. Along with the converted RONA stores in Sherbrooke and in Charlemagne, Lowe’s now has three locations operating with the new Reno-Depot format.
