BOUCHERVILLE, Que. — Hall-Chem, a manufacturer of auto parts and accessories, has announced it is merging into Montreal-based Recochem. The two companies aim to offer a wider range of products as a result of the merger. Recochem, though primarily specializing in automotive fluids, also has lines in hardware and household cleaning.
