Home Hardware restructures following McNabb’s exit

ST. JACOBS, Ont. ― Since the departure of Rick McNabb, VP marketing and sales at Home Hardware Stores Ltd., the company’s senior-level positions have been reorganized during the transition of a new CEO at the dealer-owned co-op.

Kevin Macnab (no relation) was named recently as president and CEO, effective October 10, as incumbent Terry Davis prepares for retirement.

In the meantime, the company has reorganized to fill McNabb’s duties. “Dunc Wilson, who currently heads up dealer development, is now senior director of sales on an interim basis,” says Rob Wallace, who is part of the marketing team at Home hardware.  “We’ll continue that arrangement until Kevin gets settled and is prepared to make some decisions.”

Wallace, who is already director of marketing, was given the senior marketing director role on an interim basis.
