MONTREAL ― Concordia University will present an honorary doctorate next month to Peter Simons, CEO and president of La Maison Simons. The university cited his commitment to sustainable design and fair fiscal policies since taking the helm of Canada’s oldest family-owned business in 1996. Simons has previously been recognized with the Order of Canada (as a Member) and the National Order of Quebec (as a Chevalier).
