ST. LOUIS — Energizer Holdings reported Q3 earnings of $0.37 per share, short of analyst estimates of $0.46. Sales of $647.2 million for the quarter missed the consensus estimate of $674.01 million even as they represented a 64.8% surge from the same period last year, when sales came to $392.8 million. Organic net sales were up 3.6%, or $14.2 million, helped by a positive impact from acquisitions.
