CHATEAUGUAY, Que. — Richard Davidson announced last week that he has acquired Technoform Industries Ltd. from Pierre Guilbault. The founder of the manufacturing company will remain on board as a consultant for the upcoming months before retiring from his four-decade career in the renovation industry. Technoform makes acrylic baths, showers, shower and tub-surrounds and laundry tubs using recycled, recyclable or VOC-free products. All existing employees and the management team are being retained, overseen by Véronique Guilbault, VP Operations.
