VANCOUVER ― Quality Craft announced that it opened its U.S. Support Center in Romeoville, Ill., late last month. “We continue our pursuit to offer world-class service to our customers by centralizing our U.S. support centre,” President Dennis Hale said in a release. “The new facility will allow Quality Craft to significantly improve operational efficiencies while becoming the global hub for our product development and marketing efforts.” Among other uses, the new building will act as Quality Craft’s primary U.S. fulfillment centre, where all domestic shipments, eCommerce and consumer service activities will take place, in addition to containing the company’s primary product showroom.
