MALMÖ, Sweden — Bona announced that it has appointed Pontus Cornelius as president and CEO effective January 11, 2021. Kerstin Lindell, the flooring care firm’s current president and CEO, will then shift to the role of chairman of the board. Cornelius was most recently president and CEO of Ernströmgruppen AB, a privately owned industrial conglomerate focusing on developing B2B companies in various niche industries.
