BRAMPTON, Ont. — Loblaw Cos. Ltd. is looking to sell its corporately owned Provigo stores in Quebec to franchisees at a special price. At present, the company owns 22 of the 84 stores under the banner, which is unique to the province. All 22 are on sale at a flat rate of $50,000, regardless of size or location. The goal is to find “the right person,” according to Steve Lamontagne, who heads up the banner.
