Home Depot Inc. this week reported that its Q4 net sales rose 25.1 percent to $32.3 billion, leading analyst estimates of $30.73 billion. Earnings of $2.65 per share similarly outstripped a forecast $2.62 per share. Same-store sales surged by 24.5 percent, better than the anticipated 18.9 percent. Sales for fiscal 2020 were $132.1 billion, up 19.9 percent from fiscal 2019, while net earnings increased by 16.5 percent to $11.94 per diluted share.
