DuPont announced it has signed an agreement to acquire MaxLife Industries’ ArmorWall Business. The transaction, slated to close in Q4, includes the ArmorWall brand, patented technology, and a manufacturing facility in Salisbury, N.C. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
