The Home Depot announced the appointment of John Deaton as EVP of supply chain and product development, effective Nov. 1. He replaces Mark Holifield, who has accepted a role as CEO of a U.S.-based last-mile delivery firm after 15 years with the company.
Deaton began his career with The Home Depot in 2007 as VP of supply chain development. In 2011, he was promoted to senior VP of brand and product development. Since 2017, he has been senior VP of supply chain.
