Sika AG, a Swiss manufacturer of specialty chemicals, has acquired Sable Marco Inc. The Quebec City-based company makes mortars, cementitious products, and polymeric sand.
“The addition of Sable Marco will allow us to not only benefit from better logistics but also to offer the most complete product line in our market when Sika and Sakrete products are combined with those of Sable Marco,” Martin Nadeau, EVP for residential construction at Sika Canada, said in a release.
