Grainger cited for workplace culture

W.W. Grainger has been named one of Fortune‘s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2022. Workplace culture specialist Great Place to Work makes the selections based on a confidential survey of more than 4.5 million employees. In a release, Grainger chairman and CEO D.G. Macpherson said the company has “built a culture based on curiosity, development, collaboration, and teamwork where people are valued for who they are and recognized for the work they do.”
