BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Thomas A. Mars, former chief administrative officer for Wal-Mart in the U.S., and José Luis Rodríguezmacedo Rivera, general counsel for the Mexican division have already stepped down. Now former CEO H. Lee Scott Jr. is following suit, retiring from the board this month. It’s the latest departure in the aftermath of corruption scandals in the company’s international division, but not explicitly linked to them. By the end of the summer, almost all officers who held key positions when the scandal broke will have moved on, the New York Times reports.
