Goodfellow Inc. announced new appointments to its board of directors earlier this month, included a new chair of the board.
The Delson, Que.-based manufacturer and distributor of building products appointed Robert Hall as its chair on June 8. He is a prominent Quebec lawyer and is also currently chair of the board of Bishop’s University. Hall replaces Douglas Goodfellow who has been chair of the publicly-traded company for the past several years. Hall is also a member of the board of directors of Blue Massawippi, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the environment of Lake Massawippi and its watershed.
Goodfellow also appointed Dr. Sarah Prichard as director. Until her retirement from Western University on May 1, 2022, Prichard was vice-president and acting provost, as well as vice-president academic of the London, Ont.-based university. Currently, Dr. Prichard serves as vice chair of the McGill University Health Centre and is a consultant to several medical device companies as well as being a board member of Kane Biotech.
