Cabinet maker EBSU has announced its acquisition of Eurorite Cabinets, based in Pitt Meadows, B.C. The transaction marks the third phase of an expansion plan the Quebec group has been executing over the past two years, which also includes a new factory in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. “Eurorite allows us to optimize our production, our delivery times and our use of internal resources,” EBSU president and CEO Napoléon Boucher explained in a release.
