Saint-Gobain finalizes Kaycan takeover

Saint-Gobain, the parent company of CertainTeed, completed last week its acquisition of Kaycan. The purchase of the Montreal-based manufacturer and distributor of exterior building materials was first announced at the end of May. Its terms include the divestment of Kaycan’s small U.S. distribution business, expected to close in Q3.
