Liteline buys Canadian lighting company

Liteline Corp. has acquired Contraste Lighting, a Canadian lighting fixture manufacturer that does business across North America that was founded in 1989. Richmond Hill, Ont.-based Liteline will continue to market the Contraste brand, while the business will be merged with Liteline. The combined company will expand its product offering in Canada and the U.S.
