Home Hardware Stores Ltd. has just announced the appointment of Marianne Thompson to the role of chief commercial officer. The position takes effect September 12.
In this newly created position, Thompson will be responsible for Home Hardware’s overall commercial strategy, which will emphasize driving business growth and expanding market share. She assumes the chief commercial officer duties in addition to her current responsibilities as chief merchandising officer for the company.
