Garaga Inc. has acquired North Central Door in Bemidji, Minn., its second U.S. facility. The manufacturer previously bought Mid-America Door in Ponca City, Okla., in 2018. Last spring the local chamber of commerce recognized Garaga with its Industry of the Year award.
“In Canada, we are the leader in garage door manufacturing with a significant market share,” co-president Maxime Gendreau (pictured at left) said in a release. “In the United States, however, there is much to do. The acquisition of North Central Door will allow us to strengthen our position in the American market and thus continue our growth.”
