Tony Cioffi, president of RONA inc., has been replaced in the top job at the Boucherville, Que.-based retail company. Garry Senecal (shown below), a former executive at Loblaw Companies Ltd., has taken over as interim CEO.
Cioffi joined RONA in 2016 as SVP finance and group financial officer. He maintained senior roles at the company, including a spell as interim president, before being named president of the firm in January 2022. Senecal was formerly president of the market division at Loblaw, where he worked for over 13 years, among other senior roles.
