IKEA veteran Selwyn Crittendon will take over as CEO and chief sustainability officer effective Aug. 1. Previously country business development and transformation manager at IKEA U.S., he has been with the retailer for more than 20 years, starting out as customer service manager at a Washington, D.C.-area store. In the top job at IKEA Canada, he will oversee its continued efforts to expand its omnichannel strategy.
