Vivaco group coopératif launched new premises for its BMR store in Disraeli, Que., in June. Vivaco, whose holdings include 18 BMR stores along with a dozen service stations under the Shell and Sonic banners, invested $3.5 million in the business’s new home, which expands its footprint to 11,000 square feet from 8,500 square feet. The store’s original building, dating to the 1970s, will be demolished in the fall to make room for warehousing space and delivery truck traffic.
