AUSTIN, Tex. — Ace Hardware has signed with uStudio, Inc., a video platform-as-a-service provider, to use that company’s video platform to deliver sales presentations and best practices to more than 4,800 stores and 70,000 associates. For the Ace Retail Training program, video is a key part of their strategy in launching its training offerings and reducing customer abandonment rates.
