The Gendreau family, who own Garaga Inc., have announced the acquisition of Novatech Group, a Canadian manufacturer of doors and insulated glass. Founded in 1982 by Raymond Ouellette in Sainte-Julie, Que., Novatech now boasts more than 3,000 employees and an annual turnover of more than $1 billion. The transaction is expected to close next week.
