EASTLEIGH, England — B&Q has invested £60 million into its responsive website for mobile and desktop. Touted as the most “functionally advanced” British website in its category, Diy.com is built on intelligent design and can accommodate a series of new features slated to be rolled out over the coming year. It also offers a new click-and-collect service, replacing the platform’s previous reserve-and-collect system and allowing customers to tender purchases online and receive them in store, Retail Week reports.
