Tando Composites grows sales team

Tando Composites, a division of Derby Building Products, has announced the appointment of Michael Phillips as senior territory sales manager, covering Ohio, Michigan, and western Pennsylvania. He brings over 25 years of sales and channel management experience in the building products industry, including nearly two decades at Azek Building Products, where he served as regional sales manager in the Ohio Valley.
