MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Lowe’s has signed leases for two Manhattan stores, weighing in at just 30,000 square feet each. The Lincoln Square and Chelsea locations are the retailer’s first foray into the city, though rival Home Depot has a presence in the Upper East Side.
