MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Castle Building Centres Group Ltd. has announced its newest member: Delcan Building Materials Ltd. in Fort MacLeod, Alta. The building centre is a new venture for owner Patrick De Leeuw, who already operates a wall and ceiling paneling business.
