ATLANTA — Home Depot will buy fellow Atlanta firm HD Supply’s Hardware Solutions division for an undisclosed sum, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Home Depot said the acquisition boosts it supply chain capabilities and hardware product offerings. The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of the calendar year.
