MONTREAL — Richelieu Hardware saw fourth-quarter sales grow by 14.5% and net earnings increase by 25%. Consolidated sales for the fiscal year 2014 reached $646.9 million, an increase of 10.2%, and profits for the year grew by 18.5%. The company closed five acquisitions in 2014, three in Canada and two in the United States.
